01. About Travelers Studio
Travelers Studio offers customized holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and corporate travel solutions.
02. Booking Policy
A booking is considered confirmed only after required documents are received, payment is processed, and written confirmation is issued by us.
03. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change due to airline fares, currency fluctuations, or taxes. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit Cards.
04. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds are subject to airline and hotel provider policies.
- Visa fees and service charges are generally non-refundable.
05. Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, and insurance. Travelers Studio is not liable for issues arising from invalid documentation.
06. Visa Assistance
We provide guidance and documentation support only. Visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
07. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary. We are not liable for flight delays, hotel overbookings, natural disasters, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.
08. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Travelers Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
